A conversation is counted when a customer initiates contact and your AI agent responds. Multiple messages within the same customer session (within 24 hours) count as one conversation. If the same customer returns after 24 hours, it counts as a new conversation.
Yes! You can change your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you'll retain access to premium features until then.
We'll send you email notifications when you reach 80% and 95% of your monthly limit. If you exceed your limit, you can upgrade your plan instantly or purchase additional conversation credits at $0.02 per conversation. Your agents will continue working - we never cut off service mid-month.
