What counts as a conversation?

A conversation is counted when a customer initiates contact and your AI agent responds. Multiple messages within the same customer session (within 24 hours) count as one conversation. If the same customer returns after 24 hours, it counts as a new conversation.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you'll retain access to premium features until then.

What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?

We'll send you email notifications when you reach 80% and 95% of your monthly limit. If you exceed your limit, you can upgrade your plan instantly or purchase additional conversation credits at $0.02 per conversation. Your agents will continue working - we never cut off service mid-month.

What integrations do you support?

We integrate with popular CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive), calendars (Google Calendar, Outlook), communication tools (Slack, Teams), and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce). Business and Enterprise plans include API access for custom integrations.

Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?

No setup fees ever, and all plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. We include free onboarding help to get your AI agents configured and connected to your existing tools. Enterprise customers may choose annual contracts for additional discounts.
