FlintAI ("we," "us," "our") is an AI-powered platform owned and operated by TECHQUARTER LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website, applications, platform, or messaging channels (collectively, the "Services").

a) Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and similar contact details provided when you sign up, request a demo, interact with an AI agent, or communicate with us.

b) Workspace & Agent Data: Information you provide when creating and managing workspaces, AI agents, workflows, configurations, and knowledge bases.

c) Communication Data: Messages and related metadata exchanged through supported channels, including web chat, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone-based interactions.

d) Usage & Technical Data: Log data, IP address, device and browser information, language preferences, timestamps, and analytics data related to how the Services are accessed and used.

e) Device Permissions & Camera Usage: Our applications may request access to your device’s camera solely for the purpose of allowing you to take a photo to set or update your profile avatar.

Note on Camera Usage: We do not record video. We do not access the camera in the background. The camera is activated only when you explicitly choose to take a profile photo. Images are used only for avatar display and are not analyzed beyond basic storage.

By providing your contact information through website contact forms, chatbot interactions, or platform use, you consent to receive messages from FlintAI or from businesses operating AI agents powered by FlintAI.

  • Service Providers: Messaging, cloud, and infrastructure providers solely to deliver and support the Services (e.g., Twilio, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Business Customers: Who operate their own FlintAI workspaces and act as data controllers for their end users.

All service providers are contractually required to protect personal data and process it only according to our instructions.
